Early morning, visit Tiger hill to witness the spectacular sunrise over the Kanchenjunga mountains. Return to your hotel visiting the famous Ghoom Monastery en-route. This afternoon you visit the Himilayan Mountaineering Institute, the Himilayan Zoo and the Botanical Gardens. Your tour ends with a visit to the famous Darjeeling Tea Gardeens. Darjeeling - Gangtok

Proceed on a day excursion to the scenic Changu lake situated at an altitude of 12000 feet in the Nathu la highway that leads to China (you may visit Nathula pass subject to permission with a supplementary cost). Overnight at hotel in Gangtok. |

Gangtok
This morning you will vist the Rumtek monestery - the largest monestery in Sikkim and the seat of the Karma Kagyu lineage. Later, visit the research Institute of Tibetology , and a Buddhist Monastery. Overnight at hotel in Gangtok. |

Gangtok - Kalimpong
Morning, drive to Kalimpong (77kms / 2.5hrs ) situated on the banks of the river Tista at an altitude of 1250 mtrs. Later afternoon, visit to the monasteries and flower nurseries. Overnight at the hotel in Kalimpong.
