Description : Kaziranga National Park is situated in the heart of Assam, India. Two-thirds of the world's Great One-horned Rhinoceroses live in the park, and Kaziranga has the highest density of tigers among protected areas in the world. Undisturbed by human presence, Kaziranga is a place where nature could be seen in its most unadulterated form. In addition to rhinoceros, you can spot other wildanimals like tigers, elephants, panthers, bears, barasingha, wild boar, hoolock gibbons, buffaloes and a few other reptile species and thousands of avian species. The park also has large breeding populations of elephants, water buffalo and swamp deer.
